Our Mission
Founded in 2009 by Russ and Jerri McGrane, 2323 Investments,LLC began with a focus on the self storage market. Since, Investments include Real Estate holdings in the Western United States and co-investments in small businesses. We take a long term approach to all our holdings with no set time horizons or foced exits needs. A portion of our profits are contributed to the McGrane Family Foundation which focuses on Climate Causes, Animal Welfare and groups that become marginalized by current circumatances.
